Flying Fortress

Sentimental Journey.
A Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress World War II U.S. heavy bomber built in 1944.
Now owned and operated by the Arizona Wing of The Commemorative Air Force in Mesa, Arizona.
Earlier on this day (December 7th 2013) this aircraft flew over the Arizona State Capitol in Phoenix (where an anchor and signal mast from the USS Arizona battleship are located) in memory of those lost on December 7th 1941 in the attack on Pearl Harbor.
