The train workshop at Leidschendam opened its doors to celebrate 175 years of railways in the Netherlands.
The workshop was built in 1908, to service the electric trains running from Rotterdam to Scheveningen. That line doesn't run to Scheveningen anymore (so that Scheveningen has a lot of traffic problems on sunny days when everybody wants to go to the beach), but stops in The Hague.
