But this is old Dutch, which makes it more difficult.

vant = van het = of the
gesticht = institution (nowadays gesticht only has the meaning mental institution)
van = of
Dirck van Baekenes = Dirck van Baekenes (the name of the founder)
voor = for
vrouwen = women
acht en twee mael ses = eight and two times six. This is a small riddle which is explained on the wikipedia page:
(8 + 2) x 6 = 60 (minimum age for entering into the almshouse)
8 + (2 x 6) = 20 (maximum number of women which could be housed).
