Apparantly this is new environmently friendly coal, so it doesn't have energy.

Dordt in Stoom is the largest steam festival in Europe. It is held every two years at Dordrecht, the Netherlands. Ships, trains, rollers, tractors, machines, all powered by steam and a variety of other old stuff.
