Stylized coat of arms of the Netherlands

The lion in the middle holds a bunch of arrows. It represents the provinces who act in unity. The original name of The Netherlands was "The Republic of the United Low Lands". Now we are not a republic anymore and we suffer under the rule of a queen. The coat of arms wasn't changed, but a crown was added.
Note that the lions are still all-male, the new State coat of arms has its lions without the attributes.
