Hall of Isis - a richly frescoed apsidal room beneath the basilica of the Domus Flavius discovered during the 18th century. This room was most likely part of the vast residence of Augustus on the Palatine, as demonstrated by the style and contents of the wall decorations which date to around 30BC.
