Spray-Stenciled Gift Bags (3)

Quick and easy, and inexpensive too. Used a dollar-store plastic placemat for the stencil, and spray paint left over from other projects, and a packet of kraft paper bags (also from the dollar store). So I have some lovely custom giftbags, for pennies a piece. I did eight bags, both sides, in about five minutes.
