Howard Somerville club has replied to Isisbridge clubThe girl who brought the burger asked if I'd like any sauce. She has a little metal ring through her nose, and others might have asked her if she was ready to go in pork pie. Others might, but I didn't have the sauce.
Knowing that like everywhere today, the chips would be as dry as and taste like cardboard, I opted for salad instead.
I would probably have gone for the fish and chips.
The mushy peas would moisten them a little.
Howard Somerville club has replied to Isisbridge clubDV I'll be going to Cromer at the end of next month and will as always have cod 'n chips at Mary Jane's, but by the coast (fish is caught locally) perhaps it'll be better.
With takeaways, at least, the chips can be soaked in vinegar before they're wrapped, and that moistens them a bit.
