This was explained to me by a friend on a FB thread. Apparently, it is to support those people who have just arrived at the 'mall' and realised that they have forgotten to pack or carry a mask. These would seem to me to be people who cannot carry out a simple planning task. Of course if you are como nosotros, you have masks, both disposable and washable, at home, in the car and in ones bag.
