This former off-licence and store in Stone Square, Leigh Park has been boarded up since before 26 December 2013 (when I photographed the adjacent Chinese takeaway). Leigh Park and Havant have suffered as much as anywhere in the south of England from the economic constraints of the last few years but this still provides a sad commentary on the shockingly poor re-use of commercial property across the country.
