Rover 3 Litre (2) - 17 July 2017

A rare treat awaited me in the car park of Lands End Airport in the form of this beautifully preserved Rover 3 Litre Mark II Coupé. This car was built in the Rover P5 series (1958-1973) - the Mark II was introduced in 1962 and the B-suffix plate indicates a 1964 vehicle which makes its condition all the more remarkable. I derive particular pleasure from photographing the cars from my youth which I did not or could not photograph at the time.
