Juvenile Blue Tit - 18 May 2017

On the walk away from London Zoo, where we had seen many beautiful birds and animals, there occurred a rare opportunity in semi-urban photography. On the Outer Circle there is enough vegetation to encourage all sizes of bird. At our approach, the adult Blue Tits flew away from this juvenile which seemed to have insufficient experience to be similarly motivated. It stayed only feet away from the pair of us within easy range of a modest bridge camera. Eventually, it flew away only when alarmed by a particularly large crow.
