Before Zany Zebras_037 - 12 May 2016

Marwell Wildlife and First Southampton have launched the M1 service to Marwell Zoo. The first and last journey of the day will start and end in Southampton, with services throughout the day running between Eastleigh Railway Station and the zoo. The bus runs direct to Marwell from Friday 25 March to Sunday 4 September on school holidays, weekends and bank holidays.

This is a bit of a wild card entry for my Zany Zebras series [qv] as the background pattern for the bus stop sticker is taken from the 'flagship' zebra, Gilbert.

Unfortunately, at the time of posting, Gilbert was in the news for the wrong reasons as he had been stolen just before a promotional trip which would have taken him to Waterloo station.
