I was going to put no comment on here, confident that the audience could provide their own, but I think it merits an explanation to avoid an uncontrolled skid away from the family-friendly.

Donkey Balls (in this instance, as there is also a savoury recipe) are a confection of chocolate and macadamia nuts associated with Hawaii and sold, in this case, at Lappert's Ice Cream, Palm Springs.
