I didn't see any name. And I think there's no legal requirement in Germany that there has to be one... ;-) Only if the artist wants to be famous :-)

When mentioned to the' legal situation in Germany', I didn't have a regulation in mind regarding the obligation of graffiti artists to disclose their identities, as this indeed not exists.;))
