Oh, that's a good idea! It could possibly also be used to pull the cart back to the supermarket where it belongs? Or to transport the groceries instead of kidnapping a shopping cart? ;-) Lots of possibilities :-)

It's not lost. It was purposely placed there by lazy shoppers who didn't want to carry their groceries home. So they took a shopping cart for ransom, parked it in front of their house and I doubt they'll ever return it. There are zillions of them around in the neighborhood. That's so uncool! But the arrangement and the ice in the cart are cool though ;-))
