Buena foto del magnífico mural, que tiene el detalle de dos destellos en el borde de la copa. Para mí también fue el actor escocés Sean Connery el mejor entre los varios que interpretaron a James Bond. Brosnan nos tuvo encerrados un rato sin poder salir del edificio donde se descolgaba, mientras rodaba en Bilbao “El mundo nunca es suficiente”

Geschüttelt und nicht gerührt...

Ein Wodka Martini besteht aus großen und kleinen Teilchen. Die Geschmacksmoleküle sind die großen Teilchen. Die Alkoholmoleküle sind die kleinen Teile – Ethanol ist ein relativ kompaktes Molekül.

Wenn man ein Gemisch aus großen und kleinen Teilchen schüttelt, sorgt der sogenannte Paranuss-Effekt dafür, dass die großen Teilchen an die Oberfläche gelangen. Die finden nämlich keine Lücken, um nach unten zu gehen. Die kleinen Teilchen dagegen fallen immer nach unten.

James Bond schüttelt sich also den Geschmack an die Oberfläche, weil er ein Genießer ist. Und weil er immer in Eile ist, kann er auch immer nur einen Schluck trinken; er muss ja gleich wieder weiter
