This is one of my favourite parts of Kingston by the little Hogsmill river. How many people who live here don't even realise we have two rivers, not just the Thames?

The old Market Tavern in Stroud. "Once was a tavern in the town" isn't a direct quote - it's a hybrid of the old drinking song "There is a Tavern in the Town," and "Those were the Days" (Raskin / Fomin, popularised by Mary Hopkin).
