Q838FLD Mini Moke style van

This little Moke style van Q838FLD has recently been for sale with Talisman coach company in Essex according to dvsa its licenced as a Comet. Is it a BLMC Moke or a clone, a kit car possibly. It had previously been owned by City Sightseeing in the Margate/Ramsgate area presumably as a publicity vehicle. But as it was first registered in May 1985 it must have had a previous owners, maybe as a 'Postman Pat' van
