Lake District Walks, Grasmere to Patterdale
Folder: Lake District Walks
A 7.5m walk from Grasmere to Patterdale. The 4th and last leg of our failed Coast to Coast walk.
At the end of the walk my friend's leg had turned blue from the knee to the ankle. there was no choice than to head back home and the Doctor.
The weather on this day in May of 1990 was wet and very humid for the walker!

We had decided to have our lunch at Grisedale Tarn, half way to Patterdale. We could hardly see the other side of the Tarn on this grey day in May 1994.
