An 11.5m circular walk in October 1989 Starting at the northern end of Ladybower Reservoir, along the eastern shore of Derwent Reservoir, climbing up Abbey Brook, then southward to Lost Lad and Back Tor, along Derwent Edge to Lead Hill and down past Ladybower House to the A57. From here over the Viaduct and along the road running alongside Ladybower Reservoir to the start.

Close Wood and Hey Bank are on the right. In the distance is Chapel Plantation and Bank Clough.
We would revisit this path in July 1991.
