Randomly, about a quarter of my geo-tagged Pano photos (like this one) are now on mapsights.com without my authorization or knowledge ... ... and no, I did not copywrite nor name-imprint any of the photos I uploaded to Panoramio, relying on their protection instead ... ... (subsequently, I have heard from a big-gallery Pano user [New York/New Jersey] that 'Mapsights' is an API that Panoramio authorized a long time ago to use Pano shots ... don't know how reliable that info is) ...
