Very nice composition, but don't think 'low voltage'..
Touch it and you will find out very different!
Most electric fences give short duration pulses of considerable voltage...

Gotcha' on that thanks Peter,. yes I have had past experience of the shock when I inadvertently touched a power fence when out walking,. the pulse did give quite a thump ! //// Since your post I have now learned that the voltage can be an astonishing 8.000 volts !!... but using a much lowered 'Amperage' for less risk of death. / Thanks again for that we live and learn,..
