Quinta Heeren in Barrios Altos, Lima, was the first luxury condominium in LIma, builded in 1880 by Mr. Heeren, it has large areas with water lagoon and boats, horse area for jump and the firts tennis court in LIma. Different buidings were headquarters on USA, Japan, Belgium and FRance embassies
