Lake Bled
Lake Bled is a lake in northwestern Slovenia. The lake lies in a picturesque environment, surrounded by mountains and forests and has a small island.
Bled Island
The traditional transportation to Bled Island is a wooden boat known as a pletna. which shows tourists around the lake .
On the island a Baroque stairway with 99 stone steps leads up to the pilgrimage church dedicated to the Assumption of Mary.
Predjama Castle
The castle was built almost 800 years ago in this dizzying location. One of its most famous residents was the rebel knight Erazem Predjamski, who also knew of a hidden tunnel in a karst cave behind the mighty castle, which led to the surface and thence to food. Legend has it that his ghost now haunts the castle.

Metelkova is an autonomous social and cultural centre in the city centre of Ljubljana, Slovenia's capital city.
Dragon Bridge
The Dragon Bridge is a road bridge , built in the beginning of the 20th century, when Ljubljana was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. As one of the best examples of reinforced concrete bridges and of the Vienna Secession style, the bridge is today protected as a technical monument.
