Der berühmte "Adlerfelsen" ("Penha de Águila"), der zwischen Faial (links davon) und Porto da Cruz (rechts davon) liegt. Er selbst ist relativ anstrengend zu besteigen, bietet aber eine grandiose Aussicht! Diesen Aufstieg haben wir uns allerdings nicht gegönnt.
