I'ver had another try at identifying this bird.........possibly one of the Warbler family, and the Willow Warbler is the right shape and has the white line running from the beak over the eye?

tu as raison Keith.Sur certaines photos deux ou trois oiseaux ressemblent beaucoup à celui ci., particulierement, le Pouillot véloce et certaines fauvettes.(particulierement la fauvette des saules) J'avais exclu les fauvettes car je crois qu'elles migrent alors que celui ci reste là l'hivers.Je pense plutôt au Pouillot mais ton message me fait douter. Je vais essayer d'avoir plus de détails photographiques. Quoiqu'il en soit je te remercie fortement (ainsi que Nouchet) pour vos recherches. Bien amicalement.
