This is a matter of taste, but recently I have started to use a little more detailed link descriptions on caption.

Previously I did like this:

Hoheneck: www.google.de/maps/@48.9124613,9.2138076,144a,35y,130.27h,63.28t/data=!3m1!1e3

The good thing is that the URL link displayed then tells to audience where the link directs. That way the audience get to know what to expect.

Therefore I started to do like this:

Hoheneck, at Google Map

I add HTML underline tag to make sure the viewer notices the link, and also give a hint what to expect.
