Exciting stuff, Nick. You have a great viewpoint! The Union jack really shows up well here, both on the building and the boat.
The video is scary though! I wouldn't like to be on the water in one of the boats!

I loved the old America's Cup so much, it's not the same any more. I passed nights to look at the races.

Yes I too watched every America cup series for many years and enjoyed the graceful battles immensely and yes it certainly is now a long way from its beginnings. There is denying though that the new format is much more action packed and understandable to a wider audience ~ Hey ho

Hiya Herb, well the only sailed out of the harbour Herb, did their races in the solent off Southsea and then sailed back in. When it comes to crossing the Atlantic they chuck em in containers :~)
