I DO NOT know why one would choose this decor' for a fence, But oh well, here it is :))
my husband and I think this is some sort of metal, even maybe wood? but as you all have stated, it seems to be a Chandelier !! the part that is a bit confusing is that yellow wire covering that appears to be attached too this decor' BUT that is a cover for a power line that just happens to be at that particular angle when I snapped the shot.... It is WEIRD looking, isn't it ???
