Hey dear Steve, Yes we were delighted to see the color that was there, however, we missed some of more colorful trees, that already lost their leaves.:(

Hey Maurice, yes it was lovely where we were, but did miss some of the colors we usually see. and too, you are probably right, after we left, the golden colors may have appeared more...
YES , we did enjoy the get-a-way. this is the time away we do every year if possible. in early to middle fall. my favorite time of year,

Hey Doug, thanks for your comment, yes the weather was a bit "off" for a couple days, then we had sun shine and COLDER temps. Cold here now beginning today and through the weekend.
but its time for the temp change.!!
