I did not go closer but this must be dolphin forms, covered with an out door turf, the grounds so well taken care of at this Outlet Mall in Pooler, Georgia...just out of Savannah on Interstate 16...

Hello Maurice , I so agree with you about the individual who thought this out ! With this area pretty close to the Atlantic Ocean, things of this sort are all around the area. We rode by when not so many folks would be in the shot. lucky I guess. thanks for your visit.

Hello Peter, well what color are yours. they must not be green")))) I Guess you saw that these are covered in turf? they don't even need watering hahaha! but the sea isn't so far away...these were marooned here at this large Outlet Mall near Savannah. thanks for coming by.
