HAHAHA Doug, YEP, I Guess so :))) OR, as you suggested, they just may have wanted Blue and White. IT is in a College town, (Georgia Southern University) and Blue white and Gold are the colors around a lot of this city... Hope you noticed the blue tables also, to match that fence:)

Hey, Peter, hahaha Yep quite novel! :) a zebra fence! :) as stated to someone up here, this is a college town, Statesboro, Georgia ( Georgia Southern University) a booming city, growing more & more each year, and these colors are the COLORS OF THIS CITY.. you see Blue, White and Gold everywhere :)
