:))))) dear Steve, OK done! we have the fried chicken fairly often, baked most of the time, fried mostly when eating out....BUT WAIT. the fresh tomatoes ARE SOOO good with the fresh summer vegetables.... you just need to learn how to eat good stuff, dear Steve. :))) what do you have against Pork... here, Pork is considered the "other" healthy white meat. (besides chicken) Sarah xx

Never been a big fan of Pork dear Sarah but for perhaps the odd Sasauge .. Chicken .. Turkey for white meat ... Beef .. Lamb for dark meat :))

Again fresh tomatoe if i really must :))
