Hello Peter, yes this is a special friend that visits. a Dove! he sings also mostly late in the afternoon..with a sleepy kind of call... glad you came by to see this one thinking about a snack here:)) The fence separates us from the red brick home there of our next door neighbors, I zoomed in a good bit here.! But Mr. Dove EATS from our feeder there this side of the fence.

Hello Steve, thank you too. actually the feeder's little surround perch is quite a challenge for the Dove, but some do manage to sit sideways for a quick lunch. Best wishes, Sarah xx
