Porthmadog

Super shot! I used to go rock-climbing at Tremadog, just down the road, in the late 70s. I don't think this railway was functioning then but I could be wrong.

It is Ffestiniog railway and still running... The railway is roughly 21.7 km long and runs from the harbour at Porthmadog to the slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog.
