Magnifica, gran oportunidad, a mi me sucedio lo mismo, cuando fui al restaurante que abrieron , encima del Corte Inglés mirando hacia Sol,yo me robe una foto , pero me regañaron me dijeron que estaba prohibido tomar fotos desde alli, si deseaba hacerlo; tenía que ir a pedir un permiso en el Corte Inglés de callao, me imagino (que para cobrarme),Saludos cordiales buen Otoño

No such problems for us, The hotel (I forget the name) were happy for people to take photos. There were only about a dozen of us up there (the terrace wasn't advertised - you had to know about it - and it wasn't easy to find, narrow semi-hidden staircases, etc) and we all took photos like mad for 5 minutes (I will post another for HFF!) while the clouds and the light were impressive. The two under-worked waiters were also happy to take group photos for us too (this means that I have still never taken a selfie in all my life!).
Why you had to go to El Corte Ingles to obtain the permits for you to take photos where you were is beyond me! It's like in England if they said you needed to go to Tescos to get written permission to take a photo from a hotel rooftop! Crazy system!!!

Thank you, Rosa! Yes, even though they put about the equivalent of 8 measures, by our standards, of gin in an extremely large glass, the price is more than that of a good bottle of gin in the UK! Fortunately the day was a treat from a generous friend of my girlfriends and his English girlfriend. A good time was had by all!
