Continual erosion here. I came back in 2014 and this piece of coastline in the immediate foreground, and where I was standing for this shot, had gone!

It varies. In some places a very slow attrition rate, in others steady but limited erosion and in yet others, perhaps as here, nothing for decades and then a sizeable chunk in one go!
