Fabulous icicles and just the right exposure time for the waterfall!

In fact it’s not suitable to hike with a FF reflex camera. It’s a big and a heavy camera and when you are on a long trek every gramm gained is important... Hovever if you want to try to get nice pictures you can’t count on a telephone . I agree that you can shoot nice images with a small fully automatic camera; finally the best objective resides in your eyes but I am convinced that a reflex or a smaller though serious camera with viewfinder and manual controls permit to try better results. I maybe have an old school approach...
