Spiekeroog IV

The ferry SPIEKEROOG IV was driven onto the quays in Neuharlingersiel by hurricane ZOLTAN at the end of December 2023. In February 2024, the ship was moved to the vicinity of the quayside by a salvage company and jacked up there. The ship had not yet returned to service at the beginning of April 2024. This will still be a complex operation because a floating crane is needed to put the ship back in the water.
