Primo e unico ponte costruito durante l’età romana intorno alla metà del I secolo a.C., il Ponte Vecchio è uno dei simboli di Firenze, l’unico risparmiato dai tedeschi durante la ritirata fatta di bombardamenti per tutti i ponti nel 1944 durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, e attrazione per turisti provenienti da tutto il mondo.
