Anniversary Rose

Sunday we had our 48th wedding anniversary and I am posting this as a tribute to my wife whom I have known for much longer. She is my hiking, biking, snowshoeing, backpacking, companion and friend all these years,mother of our children, now grandmother and someone who is always there for the rest of us. The rose was photographed in Manito City Park in Spokane, a place we often visit.
