Grand Canyon

Taken at Desert View, just inside the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park. We had driven here from Cedar City, Utah, and would shortly find place to camp for the night along a forest service road, before driving on into the park the next day and camping in Mather Campground for three nights. We spent three days hiking the Rim trail, the Bright Angel trail and the South Kaibab trail, the latter two down into the canyon.
