Sitting Bull Falls

Sitting Bull Falls
Sitting Bull Falls is a waterfall in the desert of New Mexico in Lincoln National Forest near Carlsbad. We visited there when in Texas and New Mexico a year ago. The falls has two parts (the second part just visible at the back of the ridge) but is not that large as waterfalls go. We had a pleasant walk there, however, on a day when we were looking for something to do.

Great images, Ron, but I suspect it's like many waterfalls here. In a dry climate, you really need to be there in the occasional wet weather to see them at their best.
