Little Sable Beach

I was at Little Sable Point with my brother and a friend to photograph the sunset and do some astral photography. While waiting for the sunset we wandered around photographing whatever we could find and I spent some time photographing this old beached log half buried in the sand. The photo was taken at an exposure of several seconds to smooth the water action.

Hope all is well with you and that your trip is going well!
Steve and I are doing great...I had my 55th birthday yesterday and though we'd originally planned to go somewhere for a few days, I was happiest just hanging out, playing with my pictures, spending time on ipernity and playing with my metal detector! We'll just go somewhere in a week or so! :D
Steve got the Porta-Bote all cleaned up and ready to go, and then he went off to a bitty little lake nearby we didn't know about...they should have called it Goose Poop Lake from what Steve reports. "EWWWW" is all I can say. However, Steve caught a panfish for us!! It was a near-foot long Bass and though he spent hours trying to get another one, we had a plan...what better than another evening of fishie tostadas?! :D We enjoyed every bite.
Tomorrow Steve is going to drive up to Lost Creek Lake to see how that goes. In a couple of weeks or so we'll be back there with the trailer AND the boat and we'll spend a few days enjoying Joseph Stewart State Park together! :)
Freundliche Grüße und einen guten Abend
Erich
