Daffodils

Daffodils
The Skagit Valley lies An hour south of us and is the home of the Dutch bulb growers. We try to get down every spring, first to see the daffodil fields and then the tulip fields and we managed a brief trip a few weeks ago to see the daffodils. After meandering the roads to see the fields we ended up at Roozengaarde's, one of the largest growers, and at their display gardens, where this photo was taken.

My Godparents were Dutch and we used to visit alot.

My memories are full of the bulb fields and show gardens like Keukenhof,

The last place I lived before coming to America was Spalding... centre of the bulb growing fields in the UK,
