Lankesterella ceracifolia
This tiny orchid species is from Argentina and Brazil. The plant, and you are seeing most of it behind the flowers, is an inch and a half (four cm) while the flowers are a quarter inch (five mm). It is quite unusual with its rosette of waxy leaves and hairy flowers and stems.
