Glacier Vista

Glacier Vista
Mount Rainier has thirty-three named glaciers, a number of which are visible from this viewpoint west of Paradise. The viewpoint is named, however, for its view of the Nisqually Glacier which is partially visible in this picture above the moraine on the right. Some of the other glaciers visible here are the Kautz and Paradise glaciers.
