North Cascades Winter Morning
I was up snowshoeing again Saturday with Edward (son) at Artist's Point. We left very early (5:00 am) hoping to catch the sunrise from the top, and hoping to go further to the top of Table Mountain, but the day was mostly cloudy and we caught only glimpses of Mount Baker, Mount Shuksan and Table Mountain and had to be content with pictures such as this. The sun did make an occasional appearance but the clouds rolled in very quickly thereafter.
