Ålesund

Das Schiff liegt am Hurtigrutenkaien in Ålesund (ca. 48.000 Einwohner). In der Nacht wurden die Häfen Florø, Måloy und Torvik passiert. Ålesund brannte 1904 fast komplett nieder und wurde mit Hilfe des deutschen Kaisers Wilhelm II. im damaligen Architekturstil - dem Jugendstil - wieder aufgebaut.
Hier ist das moderne Radisson Blu Hotel zu sehen, in dem wir schon 2010 übernachteten. Im Hintergrund befindet sich der Aussichtsberg Aksla.
